Mom's joy
I never thought that I'd be so excited to see a dirty diaper. Allyssa filled a diaper on Monday and then hadn't filled another. This morning, we went to the doctor. They weighed her. With poop in her, she was 13 lbs 14 oz. She is 22 1/2 in tall today. The doctor took her off her iron drops!! And then gave her medicine to help her fill diapers. Yeah! By the time we got home from Harlingen, she felt better! The highlight of my day was, yes, a poopy diaper.

I know the feeling--We used to cheer. Do you find yourself discussing the contents of your child's diaper more than you ever thought possible--or necessary?
